Key Account Manager

Hamlyn Williams have partnered with one of the largest technology companies who specialise in SaaS technology platforms - helping businesses to increase productivity, security, create an impact on IT management, operations and logistics for clients globally. 

Due to a high level of growth, we are actively searching for an experienced consultative sales professional to be part of a vital point in global projects and scaling the company to the next level. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage existing clientele - understanding business needs and operational challenges.
  • Proactively manage accounts - enhancing customer's adaptaton of SaaS products used. 
  • Actively collaborate with development and sales teams globally. 
  • Provide high level market intelligence and product creations to enahnce sales for the future's company growth. 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years working in a sales SaaS environment. 
  • Ability to manage complex issues - working with technical and senior management teams. 
  • Consecutive results on hitting or exceeding sales targets on a yearly basis. 
  • Bachelors degree / diploma in Computer Science or Business Management / Equivilent experience.
