Hamlyn Williams are delighted to be working with a global marketing consultancy which due to expansion and organic growth within the organisation are looking for a lead CRM consultant to join them based in the UK, ideally in and around the London area.

The company provide marketing services to specific focused industries like the mobile app world focusing on the likes of User Acquisition right through to User Retention. Their client portfolio not only exists of global well known organisations but also smaller growing startups.

This position is a hybrid opportunity which allows the successful professional to work a mixture of “WFH” and out of their plush office situated in the centre of London.

 

Responsibilities

  • Building and developing key relationships with clients and consultants
  • Oversee CRM projects and project-manage initiatives from start to finish providing clear structured timelines and progress to both your team and the clients
  • Build CRM strategies that will exceed the client’s expectations
  • Create, develop and manage a clear communications plan to complete the strategy
  • Communicating and advising the clients on any technical specifications needed or required to support the CRM campaigns
  • Building when required tech specifications for clients development teams if/when integrations are required  to support the campaign
  • Taking the lead on investigating issues such as implementation challenges and troubleshoot issues to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Overseeing the success of the CRM team including trainings and personal progress development plans
  • Assist within financial planning
  • Keep up to date with sound knowledge on GDPR including implementing data security best practices and compliance

 

Requirements

  • Management/leadership experience in a B2C CRM position
  • High level of data analytics & CRM platforms including integration project experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great work ethic with the willingness to want to progress and learn more
  • Experience in mobile app marketing would be a big advantage
