Job description

1. Assist in formulating investment strategies, constructing investment portfolios, grasping investment opportunities.
2. By studying the macro policy environment and industry development trends, write policy review reports and industry in-depth reports covering sectors, and provide investment allocation recommendations for sector targets.
3. Conduct in-depth follow-up research on relevant listed companies through on-site research, collection of information data and analysis, write company review reports and in-depth reports, and issue individual stock investment recommendations.
4. Responsible for organizing and guiding team members to conduct industry/enterprise research, and form investment recommendations.
5. Assist the investment director to complete other tasks assigned, not limited to roadshow communication.

Job Requirements
1. Master's degree or above from well-known domestic and foreign universities, compound professional background is preferred.
2. More than 5 years of work experience in equity investment and research, with buy-side work experience (public offering, private placement, securities firm asset management, insurance asset management, etc.), and research experience in TMT, high-end manufacturing, medicine, mass consumption and other related industries is preferred.
3. Possess good financial analysis skills, information collection and processing ability, logical analysis and deduction ability, and report writing and interpretation ability.
4. Have a strong sensitivity to major events and be good at capturing investment opportunities.
5. Strong self-motivation, high sense of responsibility, professionalism, strong communication and coordination ability and influence ability, strong ability to resist pressure.
6. Positive energy, cheerful and outgoing, full of team spirit, willing to communicate and share.
7. Identify the company's cultural value system and operating mechanism process.
