A growing cryptocurrency financial services firm is scaling their legal team and looking for an outstanding leader. The firm is currently Series C and are expanding their global presence rapidly. The candidate will be joining an innovative and dynamic legal function. 

You will be providing legal guidance to a range of internal stakeholders on corporate matters with an eye towards their global impact. You will also manage corporate governance and securities matters ensuring compliance with local and global legal requirements as well as negotiating new ventures investments in the world’s leading crypto firms.

• Have proven high-quality legal experience in an in-house environment.

• Work well under pressure and provide practical, business-friendly advice to clients.

• Have built and managed a team, with an eye for developing talent and a commitment to building an inclusive, bar-raising culture.
