We’ve partnered with an exciting fintech company specializing in regulatory compliance consulting for money services, payments, and fintech businesses.

What you’ll be doing:

• Serving as the subject matter expert on money transmitter licenses (MTL)
• Oversee application preparation for state MTL acquisition
• Research licensing requirements and resolve issues during the application process
• Responsible for outreach to state regulators and keeping up to date with state regulatory requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience with money services business licensing, fintech business, or payment business
