Position: Management Trainee (Overseas Expansion)




Our Client is a well-known Chinese fintech company with strong presence in online brokerage and wealth management business in both Mainland China and Hong Kong.

They are now rapidly expanding aggressively all over the world.

They are now looking for straight smart candidate to join their Shenzhen Head office as a Management trainee – will be mentored directly by the co-founder and become one of the key management team members under a fast track program. Candidates who are recently graduated from Ivy league and working in global leading investment bank/management consulting firm/ asset management firm are strongly welcome. Mandarin speaking is a must.



Job description:


  • Assist the founder with handling the operation of the company as well as the management tasks of multifarious business departments. Ensure that the delivery, tracking and feedback of various work tasks and messages are in time and effective.
  • Assist the founder with overseas business exchange and communications, and be responsible for monitoring the execution and implementation of projects, ensuring their smooth completion.
  • Be responsible for managing the daily schedule of the founder, and arrange various internal and external meetings, events, receptions and itineraries for business trips.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by executive officers.
  • Based in Shenzhen.


Job requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree or above obtained in the U.S., majoring in Finance, Economics and Business Administration. Prefer Candidate with 1-2 years of working experience.
  • Possess the English proficiency of a native speaker. Be capable of interpreting and translating documents between Chinese and English without obstacles. Candidates who has lived and worked in the U.S. would be granted precedence upon consideration.
  • Be familiar with business etiquettes and show outstanding abilities of communication, project management, socializing and execution.
  • Possess a strong will to learn, a self-driving force and a rather comprehensive foundation of knowledge. Be able to quickly grasp multifarious knowledge with regards to business.
  • Excel in emotion and stress management. Be able to bear rather high work pressure.
