Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Manage the West Coast team to meet all service level agreements and standards, while continuously raising the bar and improving team performance.
  • Mentor and lead your team members while building individual career paths and assisting them to continue to grow in accordance with the company and group goals.
  • Ensure all regional teams meet their objectives by developing and maintaining group methodology and best practices. 
  • Develop and measure an analyst performance monitoring system (KPI's) to be reviewed weekly with the leadership team. 
  • Assume overall responsibility for the development and implementation of Virtual Teams and projects; support your team members in achieving their goals as set by you.
  • Recognize possible improvements in the MDR service and drive the adoption of (or modifications to) technologies and methodologies for improved MDR services. Leverage your team members and serve as their voice for platform improvements, both for the MDR platform and for the product suite.
  • Make sure your team members are handling client escalations in an appropriate manner. Participate in Client Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Play an important role in developing career paths for team members and assisting them in moving toward their goals. 


  • A proven track record of handling complex customer issues and working directly with large international enterprise customers. 
  • Ability to work with diverse R&D teams to resolve technical issues and to implement new features. 
  • The ability to lead both technically and from a business perspective.
  • Expert level knowledge of EDR/EPP platforms
  • Expert level knowledge of the Windows, Linux, and OSX operating systems
  • The knowledge of malware and the forensic evidence it leaves behind on endpoints
  • Ability to motivate, influence, and lead colleagues and projects. 
  • At least six years of experience in SOC/MDR/malware/DFIR/IR
  • leadership roles with at least five years of experience
