Main Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Deliver and drive the KYC Registry go-to-market plan in 2019 by working closely with the Communications team and the regions (Compliance Sales Experts). It includes amongst others the following responsibilities:
  • Propose, build, manage and deliver marketing collaterals like factsheets, flyers, internal and external presentations;
  • Propose, build, manage and deliver targeted campaigns (mass mailings/phone campaigns), by leveraging internal and external stakeholders/partners (from set-up to success monitoring);
  • Create and coordinate the publication of case studies/new articles/press releases;
  • Propose and build promotional content for publication on the KYC Registry application homepage;
  • Organise and coordinate regional FCC/KYC events or workshops;
  • Deliver a structured approach around events that supports ROI tracking and enables measurement of success stories and facilitates best practices for the community;
  • Execute and track customer engagement plan for the long tail market (Customer Care) by leveraging internal stakeholders where appropriate;
  • Maintain internal sales repository;
  • Coordinate and manage promotional activities with the KYC User Group (suggest, organize and coordinate joint activities, deliver targeted promotional material for members);
  • Participate in the KYC acceleration strategy to increase data coverage and overall adoption by delivering promotional material and building a priority list for the KYC Operations team;
  • Capture and consolidate the client’s best practices to produce and deliver promotional material;
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the positioning of the KYC Registry in different markets to deliver marketing messaging and communicating collateral;
  • Keep abreast of latest features and functionalities and ensure they are communicated adequately and timely;


  • Experience in Comms or Product Marketing;
  • Analytical skills and quality driven
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external customers;
  • Organisation skills and ability to deal with a variety of request types;
  • Customer orientation: making customers and their needs a primary focus of ones actions;
  • Ability and desire to succeed in a diverse, multi-cultural environment, across varied geographies and teams;
  • Strong presentation skills;
  • Strong writing and presentation skills;
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written);
  • Flexible working approach and willingness to travel as required
  • Additional skills that are a plus: KYC Compliance or financial services industry knowledge.
