Our client is a leading blockchain startup company with global presence. They are looking for high-caliber candidates to join their dynamic team. 

Responsibilities

  • Leads the China Marketing team of 4
  • Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience, etc
  • Design, create market strategies and execution plans.
  • Work closely with product marketing team to action the go-to-market strategies and plans. .
  • Maintain strong market intelligence, keeping up to date on consumer and societal trends.
  • Research, develop and document requirements and specifications for new product initiatives.
  • To collaborate with team members and stakeholders to lead the design and definition of product features and to support implementation and execution.
  • Takes lead on product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Min 5 years’ experience in product marketing, user acquisition or growth acquisition, preferably gained within start-ups or high growth companies
  • Passionate about blockchain and applications
  • Knowledge and understanding of the local China markets.
  • Experience in executing multiple aspects of product marketing; from positioning to targeted outreach, product messaging, education, competitive strategy, growth enablement and content development.
  • Ability to tackle complex and sensitive issues with a strategic mindset and create thoughtful recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams - work prioritization, planning and task delegation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a distributed and global team.
  • Fluent Mandarin is essential.
