Engineering Team Lead – MES Integration

New Jersey/East Coast

Hamlyn Williams are partnered with an exciting tech start up within the Life Science industry who are developing new manufacturing and augmented reality solutions as they look to disrupt the industry, based on the East Coast, who are currently going through a massive growth phase of their journey as they continue to scale up the engineering team for project implementation and product development.

Due to this, they are looking for a highly experienced MES Engineering Manager to lead and be partly responsible for the build out of the Integration team, focusing on creating the standard integration templates to be able to then roll it out across their clients globally. This person needs to have a strong background of software, within a production environment who is able to be an SME and lead the group to successful client delivery.

This role has flexibility of being both remote and in the office however the preference would be to have someone based on the East Coast for logistical purposes. There will be travelling to customer sites as well, and is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, start up where opportunities to develop and grow will present themselves daily.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 8 years working experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  • Experience of design architecture and an understanding of how manufacturing systems integration across a number of areas.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is highly desirable – knowledge of a manufacturing shop floor is a must.
