Are you a skilled Support Lead looking to move into a forward-thinking Life Science technology company?
Hamlyn Williams are currently partnering closely with an up-and-coming software company who are looking for a skilled Support Lead to join their team in New Jersey. Ideally they would like someone located in the area, but for exceptional candidates they can be flexible.
This is a fantastic opportunity to jump into a passionate, innovative software company.
- Be the first escalation point for all support enquiries that cannot be handled by the support team.
- Lead the support team from a technical and people management perspective.
- Find root causes of technical issues with the MES system.
- Work with the product team and be a strong communicator.
- Work out any issues in the software as required.
- Background in troubleshooting and OpEx projects.
- Customer centric, solution driven person who is passionate about technology.
- Strong knowledge of MES.
- Experience within Life Science industry.
- Ability to work in a Triage Ticket system, so experience in a System Integrator is desired but not essential.
