Hamlyn Williams is partnering with a high growth MES biotechnology company whose focus is to disrupt and change the MES space within the Life Sciences market, and due to massive success, they are growing immensely!
They are looking for a Support Lead to work within the support function of the company on a remote basis. The client is currently building out a global support team to deal with issues at any time. This opportunity offers a highly competitive salary and package, along with equity options within the company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Dealing with various customers after implementation
- To work with the production team by being a strong communicator in acknowledging and developing any improvements that may need adjusting to the software
- Provide 24hr support if needed
- Experience with L1 & L2 support functions
- Life Science background
- Knowledge of MES
- Experience with troubleshooting
- Confident in dealing with various issues that arise and owning problems from start to finish, as well as prioritize different tickets and manage the work load
