Hamlyn Williams has partnered with a rapidly growing Cryptocurrency firm who are looking for an experienced MLRO who has experience in obtaining licensing for a 12-month contract. 

• Looking at internal AML and regulatory compliance policy and frameworks review
• Experience in obtaining licensing 
• To develop the firm’s systems, controls and processes
• Maintain overall compliance with the requirements and obligations prescribed by the FCA and other relevant authorities and manage relationships 
• Take up SMF16 & SMF17 positions under the FCA’s senior management regime
