A Fintech client is looking for a Payments expert to lead its Strategy and support the company’s Operational functions. This is a senior level role that will have visibility across multiple business lines, mainly the Sales teams.

Main responsibilities: 

• Design, plan and implement business strategies, plans and procedures 
• Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success by identifying new business and generating new opportunities
• Possess a strong understanding of strategic planning and team leadership, leveraging on technology to enable growth and optimize the business 
• Experience working with Board of Directors and internal stakeholders to keep regular updates on business performance and progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of experience leading at a fast-growing startup company
• An understanding of the payments industry is crucial
