We are working with a multinational bank looking for a Vice President program manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a transformation project around staffing and skill adequacy of workforce planning.

What you will be doing:

• Support the establishment of a robust control environment and areas for further improvement across the organization while continuously maintaining and developing views on staffing levels
• Support the ongoing requirements of identifying and tracking staffing needs, including specific needs to meet the consent order transformation program requirements
• Act as an intermediary between Compliance, Financial Planning and Analysis, Workforce planning and establish consistency across forecasting methodologies
• Support capacity planning change control efforts and be responsible for headcount and staffing assessment-related issues
• Identify staffing related risks and escalate for timely remediation
• Lead the ongoing headcount tracking, control efforts, ensure the appropriate tagging of resources to the various initiatives across the firm to ensure appropriate monitoring and reporting capabilities
• Participate in data reconciliation efforts related to headcount monitoring and drive remediation activities for issues identified
• Provide analysis and recommendations to improve staffing levels, process efficiency and propose areas for further development

• Microsoft and PowerPoint skills
• Management experience
