We’ve partnered with an exciting fintech company who are looking to hire a Program Project Director for their Capital Markets team. The position can be fully remote.

What you’ll be doing:

• Establish the PMO role for the company and implement operating model.

• Serve as project lead to improve productivity and team effectiveness of the Venture Capital team.

• Provide expert-level knowledge in change management and project/portfolio management.

• Spearhead conflict resolution initiatives and serve as the point person for building network relationships.

• Oversee budgets and business documents for all projects assigned.

• Develop processes and performance metrics to track project objectives.  

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in working in a project management office. 

• Experience establishing and building out a PMO role.

• Prior knowledge of program management tools such as Waterfall and Agile

• Ability to design, test, and monitor compliance internal controls

• Experience in financial services, IT, or fintech is preferred

• PMP Certification is preferred
