Hamlyn Williams are now working with an exciting tech start up based in the UK seeking to expand their Software Development team and looking for a Backend Python Developer to join them as they move into year 2 of their growth phase.

The organisation are revolutionising the cloud based network management sector and allowing telecom companies to generate and sustain a greater profit via reducing the likes of their TCO & APEX.

The position can be based in Edinburgh or fully remote across the UK or GMT +1/2

Responsibilities

Ability to write effective, scalable code
Integrate user-facing elements into applications
Regular Testing and debug any issues on programs
Develop the backend to improve responsiveness and the overall performance
Liaise with CTO, CEO & Internal stakeholders to understand and provide technical solutions

Requirements

2 + years commercial experience with Python
Framework experience with the likes of Django or Flask
Experience with integrations is key
Ability to work in an effective manner to meet deadlines
Great problem solving skills

Salary & Benefits

£48,000 - £50,000 Basic Salary
