Hamlyn Williams are now working with an exciting tech start up based in the UK seeking to expand their Software Development team and looking for a Backend Python Developer to join them as they move into year 2 of their growth phase.

The organisation are revolutionising the cloud based network management sector and allowing telecom companies to generate and sustain a greater profit via reducing the likes of their TCO & APEX.

The position can be based in Edinburgh or fully remote across the UK or GMT +1/2

Responsibilities

  • Ability to write effective, scalable code
  • Integrate user-facing elements into applications
  • Regular Testing and debug any issues on programs
  • Develop the backend to improve responsiveness and the overall performance
  • Liaise with CTO, CEO & Internal stakeholders to understand and provide technical solutions

 

Requirements

  • 2 + years commercial experience with Python
  • Framework experience with the likes of Django or Flask
  • Experience with integrations is key
  • Ability to work in an effective manner to meet deadlines
  • Great problem solving skills
