岗位职责:

1. 拓展和维护香港业务合作渠道,完成跟踪对接,合作政策制定,款项结算等,对用户增长目标负责;

2. 渠道关系的维护与巩固,包括但不限于业务伙伴、KOLs、协会机构等,协助市场策略执行、渠道内容分发;

3. 渠道数据的统计分析及渠道数据库的建立、维护、优化等,扩大公司产品在港澳市场等占有率;

1. To source, evaluate and shortlist business partners to achieve our user growth targets in HK/Macau

2. To develop, cultivate, and grow relationships with new and existing partners, including KOLs, associations, business partners, for strategic expansion

3. Work closely with the marketing team and internal resources to achieve the expansion goals.

 

任职要求:

1. 本科及以上學歷,商科/传播/市场营销等专业优先,良好的粤语、普通话及英语沟通能力;

2. 3年以上市场推广、渠道或商务等相关经验,熟悉香港零售金融、金融科技市场;

3. 有独立探索、培育、建立共赢业务合作关系的经验;

4. 优秀的沟通与人际交往能力,学习能力、主动性强,具有良好的逻辑思维和分析能力,能以数据为导向不断优化改善策略,拿出可执行方案。

1. Bachelor degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or in a related discipline

2. Experience in digital affiliate partnership

3. More than 3 years working experience in partner management/ business development/ partner marketing in financial services and/or Fintech related industries

4. Experienced in sourcing, incubating and driving value-based partnerships;

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skill; fast learner and self-motivated; great analytical mind, organizational skills and strong commercial acumen;

6. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
