Recruitment Delivery Consultant

Hamlyn Williams continues to grow and recruit ambitious Delivery Recruitment Consultants within our Cardiff Office.

We work within the Financial Service industry, covering Financial Technology, Financial Crime, Governance and Risk.

As part of our growth plans, we are recruiting ambitious Delivery Recruitment Consultants to join our high-performing Financial Services team.

Snapshot of the role:

Working closely with our 360 Recruitment Consultants team your responsibilities include:

  • Resourcing/Headhunting Financial Service professionals for our clients across EMEA
  • Headhunting FS professionals using social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, and our Internal Systems to source and build relationships.
  • Advertise live Vacancies on LinkedIn and other job boards
  • Explain Financial Services professional’s roles, responsibilities, and expectations for their new position.
  • Mapping and Market Research
  • Send out Inmails, emails, texts, and Eshots to Financial Services professionals on current live roles available.
  • Pre-screen/qualify candidates by understanding their experience, skills, and what they are looking for in a new opportunity
  • Prepare and format CVs and present them to clients
  • Act as a consultant/account manager between the candidate and client, coaching both through the interview process.

This role is purely candidate focused, with the potential of effectively managing accounts and further training and development into a 360 Recruitment Consultant or Account management career
