Our Healthcare division has seen a 400+% growth in the last 3 months, having successfully partnered with our US Healthcare Clients. This exponential growth means we are seeking enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcers to join our Cardiff team and help support our client demands.
A snapshot of the role: Working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams, you will be working closely alongside candidates in order to find their dream roles. The role requires someone with fantastic interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage the recruitment process - from screening a candidate right through to offer stage. Working US hours (12 pm - 9 pm Monday - Thursday and 10 am - 5 pm on Friday), with your time split between the office and working from home.
