My client is a reputable top-tier Chinese retail bank with office in Central. They are currently looking for an operational & IT risk AVP/VP to assist in implementing the risk assurance policies and strategies. 

Candidates are required to have sound knowledge of banking policies, with experience in IT systems and risk & control. Candidates with CISSP, CISA, or CISM certification are a plus. This position offers an attractive package with a steadily growing platform to further develop your career.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and implementing the risk & control assurance policies and strategies
• Conduct assurance reviews on banking operations and IT risks and controls 
• Review and investigate operational risk related incidents
• Timely submit regular MIS on control assurance related issues to senior management
• Assist business units in developing an effective monitoring mechanism on the first line of defense

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Finance, Information Technology, Accounting, Risk Management
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of working experience in operational risk, audit, internal control, or technology risk in banking or consultancy firms
• Certified in CISSP, CISA, or CISM is a plus
• Professional qualification in ACCA / HKICPA / CPA would be an added advantage
• Experience with IT systems, risks & controls in banks.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
