As a sales engineer, you get a reference to the Danish director and you become part of a flat organization where the focus is on creating growth and results through an extremely strong team and collaboration culture.

 

Starting from the office in either Kolding or Solrød, your primary objective in the job will be to independently drive the development of your market, both through existing and new customers. A development that is created through the continuous processing of leads, combined with the ability to find and develop the right solutions and create long-lasting relationships. Sales consist of complex, high-tech and innovative automation solutions.

 

Your most important task is to spend as much time as possible advising and putting together the right solution for the customer, rather than rushing through an agreement. 

 

You will have either Central Jutland or Zealand as your primary market and you will work from the offices in respectively. You must count on 10 - 15 travel days for the job.

Requirements: 

-An electrical engineering background

-At least 2 years in solution sales. 

-Experience from the automation industry or experience with PLC / PC-based control, motion technology or the like is an advantage. 

-You are strong in thinking in systems and solutions. 

-You have a good commercial understanding so that you can both see the technological opportunities a product offers and at the same time be able to see the business case of the customers and create long-term solutions.

 

-You have a great drive and work independently and purposefully, just as you take responsibility and thrive in the role of “regional sales manager” for your own area. 

-You are a prominent team player, so we expect you to both receive and contribute sparring, feedback and support to the entire organization. You invite dialogue and you work best with long-term plans, and see yourself in a role as a specialist in your field.
