  • Develop strategy and plans to gain greater market share in Northern China region;
  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers of leading Financial Institutions, i.e. Investment Banking, Law Firms, Corporates, Private Equities;
  • Lead solution discovery to understand clients’ requirements, objectives and priorities;
  • Drive strong sales pipeline and forecast to increase visibility of short and long term prospects;
  • Present Intralinks’ business solutions using appropriate sales approaches and techniques, including team and/or consultative presentations and efforts
  • Responsible for coaching, day to day supervision, workflow and training
  • Meet agreed monthly/annual performance in both client activity (meetings/demo’s etc) and quota achievement
  • Work closely with Head of China to strategize and execute China Project
  • Work to source media, press releases and case study opportunities
  • Day-to-day activity in assigned accounts to include:
    • Monitoring and follow up on all current deals
    • Facilitate introductions to new prospective clients
    • Communicate issues and concerns to Product Management, Customer Service and other internal departments
    • Manage the contract and approval process on new deals
    • Assist training of new users within our client base
    • Coordinate sell-through opportunities with direct sales representatives as appropriate
    • Ensure IT and Business Management support contacts are debriefed and educated on new release functionality
    • Facilitate communication with Product Marketing for development planning discussions
    • Manage all information in our CRM system related to the account(s). This includes client contacts, client feedback etc.
  • Measurements include:
    • Net new sales
    • Number of deals closed
    • Market-share growth
    • Pipeline growth


Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years pure sales experiences in tough KPI oriented environment
  • 3-5 years Sales Management experience in large SaaS companies
  • Good understanding of how Capital Markets operates, and good knowledge in M&A and IPO
  • Good understanding of digitalization of documentation
  • Bachelors’ degree required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to speak publicly to groups, and create and deliver effective, polished presentations
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of strategic sales skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous job experience in the financial markets is preferably
  • SaaS software solution sales preferred
