We are working with a US corporate company MNC that is looking for a Senior CRM Delivery Manager to cover the Asia Pacific region. Successful candidates will have strong PR and Events knowledge, established media network and great interpersonal skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail will be key. 

 

As a Senior CRM Delivery Manager you will: 

  • Lead the teams in Hong Kong, Shanghai and the Philippines

  • Drive and execute Asia CRM platform roadmap aligned with business objectives

  • Plan and oversee major project initiatives and timelines for each country / markets

  • Communicate to Asia management on progress and KPI’s of CRM program

  • Help create budget and roadmap for CRM program with technology leadership team

  • Oversee and monitor major projects’ plans and help to identify, escalate, and resolve issues

  • Help “templatize” the design / architecture to roll out to different countries and communicate to all teams

  • Assist in any key requirement gathering, design, build, test, and roll out phases of the projects

  • Oversee change management and process alignment for all regions

  • Oversee CRM Team Structure, work guidelines and chater

  • Allocate team resources and spearhead recruitment across different countries

  • Oversee team training and upskilling

 

As a Senior CRM Delivery Manager you will need: 

  • A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in Salesforce.com platform project delivery and project management
  • Several years in a large organization or major consulting organization focused on project or program delivery
  • Good understanding of Salesforce.com platform features and technical capabilities, etc. (certificates preferred)
  • Ability to work with executives, managers, and staff on understanding business needs and objectives
  • Project manager abilities including project planning, deliverables creation, and scheduling
  • Strong self-starter, good problem-solving capabilities, and have positive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and analytical skills; must be detail oriented
  • Experience in B2B and B2C related industries preferrable
  • Fluency in English required
