We are partnered with a reputable bank, backed by a global organization and growing ambitiously throughout the west coast, that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to guide and lead the team through their development of a brand-new Digital Bank.

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to help us deliver Financial Planning & Analysis and performance reporting for a new Digital Bank. The ideal candidate will partner with the finance team, and across departments to develop data, reporting, analysis, and product-specific economics. This role will help maintain and improve day-to-day financial and management reporting, budgeting/forecasting, data governance, and support strategic initiatives.

Position Requirements:

-A minimum of 3 years in retail/consumer banking

-5 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience

-Solid understanding of finance and banking

-Proven ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

-Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

-Expert level MS Excel user

-Relevant professional certification (CPA, CFA, CMA, etc.)

-Proficient in Python coding preferred
