Responsibilities: 

- Provide strategic legal advice to achieve the company’s business objectives across Asia
- Provide legal support on general corporate, commercial and operational matters, particularly in relation     to the expansion of the company’s footprint in Asia in terms of retail and online presence
- Involve in managing any supply chain related disputes
- Manage and control various business contracts, agreements and compliance documentation including      drafting, reviewing and negotiating all relevant terms
- Establish relevant company policies and procedures to better protect the company’s interests  
- Identify legal issues under any contract or document or applicable laws and related legal risk(s)
- Liaise and work closely with external lawyers on legal assignments, as required
- Work closely with all other legal departments of the Group to ensure an effective collaboration in         achieving an advantageous position for the group

Requirements:

- Qualified Hong Kong lawyer with at least 6 years post qualification experience in a common law               jurisdiction
- In-house experience is essential, preferably in manufacturing industry
- Strong commercial and business acumen and ability to build strong working relationships with   functional  and regional teams as well as external law firms and service providers
- A good team player and ability to work independently and embrace new challenges
- Good interpersonal and organization skills
- Willing to take initiative, be adaptable, and able to work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
