Senior Sales Manager (Strategic Partnerships)

I am looking to get in touch with Sales professionals - specialising in partnerships - based in either Switzerland or Germany.

We are currently working with an EMEA payments Fintech located in Switzerland. They are an innovative marketing and payment technology business with an exciting USP, available to leading online shops worldwide.

We are working exclusively with the senior leadership team to build out their commercial function, and currently we are looking for a Senior Partnership specialist to support their expansion in the DACH region.

As a Senior Sales Manager you will:

  • You will use your network of top performing e-commerce/online merchants of Switzerland or know how to find them and get in touch
  • You will actively contribute to developing sales plans and strategies in order to develop business and achieve the sales targets
  • You will compile information and data related to customer- and prospect
  • You will generate leads, negotiate and close deals in-person and via virtual meetings
  • You will prepare merchant contracts and follow up with the Partner Management team in order to contribute to exceeding customer expectations and high level of customer satisfaction

We would love to meet with someone:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in sales, ideally in the payment/loyalty industry
  • Passion about for establishing and expanding long-term business relationships based on partnership
  • Wide Deep industry knowledge of the digital payment sector and/or loyalty industry
  • Experience in working with big companiesleading eCommerce businesses, especially in the Swiss region
  • Skilled communicator (Oral & Written) in both English and German
