Responsibilities
• Support cross-functional teams, provide sales operations support including but not limited to
pricing review, data cleaning, reporting and dashboards and SFDC (Salesforce.com) user
training
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and programs, improve teamwork and minimize conflicts
• Create reports and dashboards on SFDC, maintain and enhance dashboards to provide
business insights
• Conduct pricing review on a regular basis. Coordinate adjustments, get approval and update
system on time
• Lead data cleaning team on account ownership cleaning. Enhance SOP and make sure the new
accounts have established ownership while continue doing cleaning on existing accounts
• Involve in target setting and performance tracking. Provide support on accounts transfer across
sales teams
• Provide regular SFDC training to users. Improve their CRM awareness and maximize CRM
capability to their daily work
Requirements
• Degree holder or equivalent working experience
• Have at least 5 years of relevant sales operations or sales planning experience in using CRM on
SFDC Sales Cloud, familiar with SFDC architecture. SFDC Admin certificate is a plus
• Able to deal with ambiguity, results-oriented, willing to investigate and do research
independently
• Strong business sense and sensitivity to market changes, good at identifying business
opportunities and risks
• Strong data analysis ability, good at getting results through cross-team cooperation, and the
ability to be resourceful and to integrate quickly
• Good at English both oral and written
