Opportunity to join a top-tier US Bank as an SVP Mortgage Servicing Manager! This role will work to provide management with analysis and insight into the firm's financial outcomes in collaboration with the larger Finance team. 

In this role you will: 

  • Provide analysis and oversight on the three primary revenue components of Mortgage entity, including loans held on balance and related net interest margins, loans sold into the secondary market and related gains on sale and loans serviced for others and related economics around Mortgage Servicing Rights (MSRs)

  • Collaborate with US Mortgage leadership to plan, implement, and track growth strategies.

  • Ensure that the semi-annual stress test is carried out in accordance with the Capital Planning Group's standards.

  • Maintain a good control environment by ensuring that processes are properly documented and accounted for in the MCA. Ensure that models and EUCs are kept within the expected parameters.

  • Collaborate successfully with colleagues throughout the company, including Treasury, Portfolio Management, Capital Markets, and Risk Management.

  • Manage a team of on-shore direct reports as well as resources in Costa Rica and Mumbai to attract and nurture talent within the department.


In this role you will need: 

  • 10+ years experience in Finance or related roles, with 3-5 years managing. Background in Mortgage or Banking strongly desired.

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Master’s degree / CPA or other advanced financial certification preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, including writing and presentation. The ability to understand and articulate complex financial activities to all levels of senior management is critical.

  • A track record of building and maintaining a high-performing team of motivated Finance professionals.

  • Strong partnering and influencing skills.

  • Strong analytics and strategic thinking.

  • Strong background in Financial Planning and Business Analytics.
