  • To support their expanding team, they are currently looking for a flexible, pleasant, and proactive HR & Admin Manager with good HR managemntmanagemnt skills to join their team.

Job Description

  • Handle full spectrum of Human Resources operation and supervising office administration matters on a day-to-day basis
  • General HR functions include recruitment, compensation & benefits, new hire on-boarding, staff development plans, etc.
  • Formulate and develop HR policies and procedures to improve business operation process
  • Handle any office administration duties, reviewing and negotiating all contracts and agreements
  • Maintain and updates filing system

Requirements 

  • At least 3 years of both HR operation on recruitment (and management experience will be a Plus)
  • Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Proactive, independent, helpful with to-do attitude
  • Good interpersonal skills, good team player and able to interact with all levels
  • Candidates with all round experience in HR & Admin from small size office are welcome to apply
