- Deep-rooted in Hong Kong, an opportunity has arisen for HR Officer to join their team.
- To support their expanding team, they are currently looking for a flexible, pleasant, and proactive HR & Admin Manager with good HR managemntmanagemnt skills to join their team.
- Handle full spectrum of Human Resources operation and supervising office administration matters on a day-to-day basis
- General HR functions include recruitment, compensation & benefits, new hire on-boarding, staff development plans, etc.
- Formulate and develop HR policies and procedures to improve business operation process
- Handle any office administration duties, reviewing and negotiating all contracts and agreements
- Maintain and updates filing system
- At least 3 years of both HR operation on recruitment (and management experience will be a Plus)
- Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Proactive, independent, helpful with to-do attitude
- Good interpersonal skills, good team player and able to interact with all levels
- Candidates with all round experience in HR & Admin from small size office are welcome to apply
