Here at Hamlyn Williams, we agree with Jim Collins. Our success is down to hiring great people into our business and developing these people to be able to support our clients hire great people into their businesses. This is why we are seeking an additional Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our European team from Cardiff.

Through continuing to deliver for our clients and candidates, we have been able to push on with our exponential growth across Europe, with two additional teams in Frankfurt and Amsterdam. On top of this our Cardiff and London teams have been hitting record months and seeing lots of career opportunities opening up.

We are seeking to add another candidate & goal-orientated internal recruiter to the European Talent Acquisition team and hold responsibility for internal recruitment into Hamlyn Williams and 3 other associated brands. Working with our stakeholders and our Global operations team, you will play a critical role in the achievement of Hamlyn Williams growth.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to plan acquisition tactics.
  • Advertise job openings on internal and external career pages, job boards, and social networks
  • Champion colleague referral program.
  • Build talent pools and proactively source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites).
  • Screen CVs, interview candidates and provide feedback/progress updates.
  • Bring fresh ideas and boundless energy to the table!

  • Experience in a fast-paced recruiting role - 360 or Internal
  • Resilient with a growth mindset that sees challenges as opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator, with the perfect blend of professionalism and rapport
  • Organised and able to juggle multiple projects and still retain an eye for detail
  • Self-Starter: motivated by delivering high-quality execution that adds value to the team and the wider business
