Technical Recruitment Manager 

As a Technical Recruitment Manager, you will build, lead and develop a team of specialists, research new and innovative methods and tools and create long term strategic plans. 

 

• A minimum of 7 years sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on finding software developers, tech and / or product profiles.
• Experience in building and leading teams.
• A track record of delivering in fast-paced, scaleup environments with high growth targets.
• Someone that is naturally curious, constantly looking to create process improvements, investigate new tools and ways to create insight.
