Technical Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for following up and handling various problems encountered by users
• Responsible for external technical consultation and support
• Responsible for internal system monitoring
Requirements:
• Computer or related major, Bachelor'd degree or above, unlimited work experience
• Understand computer principles, familiar with linux system and network principles
• Familiar with at least one programming language and at least one database
• Good communication and collaboration ability
• Good problem analysis and solving ability
• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
• Experience in relevant positions is preferred
• Understanding of trading business in stocks and futures is preferred
• Proficient in JNI (Java Native Interface), NDK (Native Development Kit), familiar with the development process of native code under Android platform
• Familiar with the Android Framework and the underlying design principles; have Linux platform development experience
• Strong security awareness and experience in dealing with wireless client and network security issues
• Excellent team communication and team coordination
