My client is a top-tier Chinese securities firm. They are looking for an IT compliance officer with good knowledge in IT Risk and IT system transformation. Experience in working in IT Risk advisory within Bif Four is a plus.

My client offers a competitive package with a guaranteed 13 monthly salary with a discretionary bonus. It would be a great opportunity to move into an inhouse firm.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conduct audit planning, risk assessment, IT testing and control evaluation
• Assist inimplementing IT control and process to ensure compliance under regulatory requirements and company policies
• Perform periodic monitoring of IT compliance
• Perform data analyses through visualizations
• Produce reports with audit findings and recommendations, and follow-up on audit findings

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, IT, Business, Finance or related disciplines
• Good knowledge of IT risk, IT general controls, IT security, IT system implementation/ transformation and related regulatory requirements
• Experience working in IT Audit / IT Risk Advisory within a Big Four will be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a privilege
