We are excited to announce that we have partnered with a Series B Fintech firm. Our client is looking for a Financial Crime Investigator to join their New York team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain knowledge and experience working within the Fintech industry. 

This is a hybrid position. Located in New York, NY. 

Salary: $80,000-$100,000 

What you will be doing:  

• Support comprehensive investigations into fraud, money laundering, and account takeovers to completion; conduct root cause analysis of incidents and develop reports to business stakeholders 

• Collaborate with team to develop fraud policies, procedures, and tools  

• Actively identify and monitory fraud patterns  

• Communicate with customers to understand unusual account activity  

• Identify and advise product improvement for the firm  

• Responsible for obtaining a detailed log of incidents and preparing regular and ad-hoc reports  

What you will need:  

• Bachelor's degree  

• 1-4 years of relevant experience  

• Experience of working with cryptocurrency/ blockchain domain  

• Knowledge of Financial Crime Systems
