We're working with a top U.S. Bank that is looking for a VP Business Intelligence - AML Change Management professional to help support their growing team in Florida.

Global Business Intelligence (BI) Strategy & Change Senior Analyst will be responsible for partnering with AML / ICRM Stakeholders, Technology, Regional & Global MIS teams, and AML / ICRM Management to assess, plan and drive implementation and change management for all AML BI programs

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive AML Metrics Global Change Control Board and Coordinate Change Requests with Stakeholders and Technology through implementation
  • Manage Business Intelligence system issues from a functional perspective in partnership with Technology
  • Support and liaison to provide project oversight on any projects deemed to impact MIS
  • Act as a single point of contact from MIS and assist in the coordination of testing activities among the different regions for internal & any external/upstream change requests
  • Track all external testing activities and report on upcoming testing events to MIS regional teams, and other impacted stakeholders such as PMO, GATE, PAS, and BI Technology.
  • Support single source (SharePoint) for all data requests, projects, documentation, and communications
  • Provide Monthly Executive Summary on Global & Regional Metrics
  • Maintain documentation library for global and regional alignment of metrics Work closely with BI Strategy Head to align Resources and Funding for future development to best support Regional & Global Metrics Teams (BOW – Book of Work)  

What they're looking for: 

  • 5-8 years experience in process analysis, metrics, change management, and/or project management
  • Knowledge of AML / ICRM required 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven communication, negotiation, partnering, and influencing skills
  • Experience working in a global environment is a plus
  • Ability to drive global initiatives with minimal supervision
  • Strong comfort level working with and presenting to Senior Management
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
