2. 负责落实和检查公司流程在各部门的执行情况,提出改善意见和建议,以降低公司运营风险;

3. 负责协调与其他部门(分析/合规/编辑/商业等)的工作关系,确保评级项目正常顺利运行;

4. 负责制定,管理和执行公司信息披露相关的流程,以满足法规要求;

5. 负责准确和及时地向内外部相关方提供运营报告;

6. 部门分配的其他工作。

任职要求:

 1. 本科及以上学历和8年以上相关工作经验;

 2. 有信用评级行业或债券承做方面的经验者优先考虑;

 3. 能够承受适当的压力,能够同时处理好多项任务;

4. 良好的沟通技巧,能够顺利地与不同的利益相关方合作;

5. 良好的中英文语言能力;

6. 能够快速适应新环境,有持续学习新事物的意愿。 其他信息

Responsibilities:

Build and manage rating processes and templates to reflect the requirements from regulators and meet the company standard. Design workflow processes to help make our processes as efficient as possible. Working with different teams (Analytical/Compliance/Editorial/commercial/etc.) to ensure the rating projects are running properly and smoothly; Build and manage information disclosure policy and process to meet the regulation’s needs. Work with the compliance team to setup and monitor checkpoints of a rating project and ensure the operational risk is mitigated; Provide operational reports to regulators and other stakeholders in time and in quality; Ad-hoc jobs if needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years working experience; Work in a Credit rating industry would be preferred; Able to handle multi-task and meet projects with a tight time frame; Good communication skills and able to work to different stakeholders; Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-changing and regulated environment Preferred.
