We are seeking an Entry Level Talent Acquisition Associate for our NYC office! In this role you will be looking to hire entry level sales individuals or new grads who are looking to pursue a career in recruitment for our teams here which focus within in Audit, Accounting & Finance, Compliance, Legal, Front Office, Cyber Security, Risk and Life Science recruitment for both our NYC & Dallas offices.

 

Hamlyn Williams was founded in London, with offices also located in NYC, Hong Kong, Cardiff & Dallas. This role would be based in our NYC office, reporting into our Head of Talent Acquisition for the U.S. working together to bring in the best talent in the market for both our NYC & Dallas offices. In the last 18 months we have increased our headcount from 8-30 people here in the U.S. and with the help of an additional Internal Recruiter we are looking to keep rapidly expanding at that pace. There is no experience required, so if you are not familiar with recruitment that is okay – we provide training!!

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (any major)
  • Positivity and willingness to learn and promote our brand, recruiting strategy and values
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to attract and engage talent
  • Understanding of agency recruitment strategies and business model
  • Time management skills
  • Adaptability and ability to contribute in a fast paced work environment

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruiting cycle for a high volume of candidates – source, pre-screens, phone & in-person interviews, coordinate TA Manager and Hiring Manager interviews
  • Assess candidates skills, experience and personalities to determine ability to fit within our team
  • Build relationships with candidates portraying a positive view of our organization and clear understanding of their motivations and goals
  • Work closely with our Operations teams on developing a clear market branding strategy as well as assist in admin/office management work where needed
