What company will I be working for?

You will be working for a truly niche and specialist cyber security consultancy based in Oslo. They cater exclusively to financial services and are well known for both the intricacy and the reliability of the cybersecurity platform they have created.

What will I be doing?

The relations manager will be the key contact between defined Nordic members (e.g. Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Iceland) and the rest of the organization. Reports to the general manager.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Day-to-day member contact; including facilitating contact to the organizations' functions in Oslo

• Guide/coach members in how to get the most value from their membership

• Take feedback from members on how the association can improve

 

Required competence

• Be able to lead a dialog with members, partners/stakeholder (including government) and vendors

 o Ideally, with both management/administrative and technical personnel

• An understanding of the financial sector, and the central roles (financial institutions, key vendors, FSA, National bank, associations.)

• Experience with communication and cooperation in large organizations. Good understanding of organizations.

• Languages: o English as the main working language – fluent written and oral

o One of Danish, Swedish or Norwegian – fluent written and oral

• Process driver / basic project management

 

 Competencies that will be a plus

 

• Experience with cyber incident response (cyber-attacks/cyber-crime/fraud)

• Experience with incident response with multiple actors involved (e.g. customer and multiple vendors/other stakeholders.)

• Experience with FSA relations and central financial infrastructure

• Experience with participating in, or running – threat sharing groups and activities

• Technical IT security competence

• Experience with cyber threat intelligence

• Cooperation-oriented. Must be able to create good working relationships with members, partners, and vendors

• Structured, curious and passionate

 

Other

• Candidate must pass security clearance

• Some travel expected

 o Mainly within Denmark and to Oslo/Norway
