Diversity at Hamlyn Williams

Since 2019 we have also made a more concerted effort to review our own recruitment practices to understand how we can help drive a more inclusive hiring process, and transparency is key in this. 

  • We saw a fifty percent (50%) increase in female placements into Financial Services organizations in 2020 

  • Over fifty percent (56%) of our US placements in 2020 were diverse when grouping ethnicity & gender. 

 

The Future
We aim to continue to both assist busineses in optimizing their hiring strategy to enable greater diversity, whilst continuing to develop our own business as an inclusive, diverse and welcoming space for people of all backgrounds
