Head of Corporate Development

A global, clinical-stage biotech company focused on innovative therapies in oncology is seeking an experienced Head of Corporate Development to lead strategic growth initiatives. This role will drive global partnerships, licensing deals, and M&A opportunities to expand the pipeline and maximize asset value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global BD strategy, including in-/out-licensing and strategic partnerships and other corporate development initiatives. 

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate deals aligned with company goals

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support diligence and deal execution

• Represent the company at industry and investor events

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or MBA preferred)

• 10+ years in BD/licensing in biotech or pharma

• Proven track record of closing high-impact deals

• Strong knowledge of oncology/immunology preferred

• Excellent negotiation, financial, and strategic thinking skills
