Role: Head of Compliance
Location: Fully Remote, United States
Hamlyn Williams has recently partnered with a rapidly scaling, well-funded and highly-profitable fintech in the rewards and banking space to find a Head of Compliance who can help shape and scale the firm's compliance strategy from the top down.
This individual will need to be strong from an execution standpoint, as well as skilled in the strategic planning and forward-thinking programmatic elements as the company's compliance needs are rapidly evolving. The ideal candidate will have had deep fintech-banking partner relationship experience from a compliance perspective.
Requirements:
US citizens only; no visa sponsorship will be offered at this time.

Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience in compliance (Fintech/Payments experience a must)
- Knowledge of applicable consumer compliance laws, rules and regulations
- Deep understanding of AML, Sanctions, KYC/KYB, and relevant regulatory frameworks
- Strong background in audits, exams, filings, and partnering with external stakeholders such as bank partners
- CAMS and/or CRCM preferred
- Experience scaling in lean, fast-paced environments
