Enterprise IAM Architect & Strategic Advisor
Hybrid - Sweden, Norway, Denmark, or the Netherlands
For our client, a global leader in Risk Management and Assurance, we are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise IAM Architect to join their team in Stockholm, Oslo, Hellerup, or Amsterdam. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping and implementing IAM strategies that align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in IAM and a strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic consultant to clients, crafting and executing IAM strategies that align with business priorities, with a focus on IGA, PAM, and CIAM.
Design, architect, and deploy end-to-end IAM solutions across complex, multinational environments.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into effective IAM roadmaps and initiatives.
Provide expert advice on IAM technology selection and integration, ensuring scalability and future-readiness.
Assess existing IAM infrastructures, identify shortcomings, and recommend actionable improvements.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and presentations to share best practices in IGA, PAM, and CIAM.
Stay abreast of IAM trends, tools, and methodologies to guide clients in leveraging emerging innovations.
Work alongside internal and client teams to ensure successful delivery throughout all project phases, from inception to post-implementation support.
Location:
While the preferred location is Sweden, other European locations may be considered for the right candidate.
Your Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Over 7 years of experience in the IAM domain, with proficiency in at least one of the areas: IGA, PAM, or CIAM.
Background in strategic advisory or consulting, with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
Solid understanding of IAM protocols and technologies such as LDAP, SSO, MFA, RBAC, OAuth, SAML, and directory services.
Familiarity with leading IAM platforms, including Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Azure AD, or similar solutions.
Knowledge of regulatory and security standards including NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
Experience with IGA tools such as Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, or SailPoint is considered an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English is required, along with native-level proficiency in Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, or Dutch (depending on location).
Willingness to travel within the Nordic and Benelux regions as needed.
