Hamlyn Williams has partnered with a Financial Institution, looking to hire an Executive Director for Internal Audit – CCAR.

As an Executive Director Internal Audit – CCAR Team Lead you will:
- Assess adequacy and effectiveness of the controls governing the Firms capital planning and capital adequacy processes, to help define the Firms CCAR strategy, and on-going audit plan
- Co-ordinate with cross functional audit teams, and other stakeholders to implement and improve capital planning processes
- Provide subject matter expertise in Basel, ICAAP, CCAR, stress testing, capital planning, liquidity and regulatory reporting
- Have strong understanding of Basel Capital Accords, the US Regulatory Capital Rule (US 12 CFR parts 208, 217, and 225), Regulation H, Q, K, and Y, SR 15-18/9, SR 11-7, SR 12-7, BCC-13-6
- Prepare reports for Board, senior leadership on effectiveness and processes within capital planning
- Lead a team of 4-5 direct reports
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in a similar role, across either internal audit, external audit, or risk management, within a large financial services organization.
- Prior team leadership experience.
- A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar.
- Ideally hold certifications; CIA, CPA, CFA or similar.
