A close client of mine is looking for a talented compliance professional to join their team as a BSA officer. My client is a leading crypto fintech that is striving to provide an accessible financial network to the masses. We are looking for someone who is either currently a BSA officer looking to make a transition from the traditional banking space into the crypto space, or someone who is looking to step into a BSA officer role

Qualifications:

• Strong compliance background with experience working in the financial crime compliance
• Experience with leading a team and developing operational frameworks
• Ideally has experience working with international clients
• Preferred but not a requirement: experience with cryptocurrency or acquired a "Chainanalysis" certification.
